Our family set out on a quest to find the best Christmas Lights in town. We found them in my cousins neighborhood. Each house was decorated with a different theme. Payton loved all the different cartoon characters. Cole just loved being outside.
Captain Hook- One of Payton's favorite Disney villain's.

"To infinity and beyond"

" I like to move it move it"

"Anyone for jelly fishing?"

"Where's me money?"
Thanks to the Okada's for the awesome Christmas lights!

I Want Candy!!!!

Grandma Hardy bought a Gingerbread House Kit for Payton. Payton thought it was so cool. The kit came with extra gingerbread boys for Payton to decorate and eat-YUM! Grandma did the building and Payton did the candy eating. They had lots of fun decorating the house together!

Road Trip

What a trip! Over two fun-filled weeks in Idaho with Grandma & Grandpa. Brian and his Dad were late season archery hunting in Northern Nevada. They stayed in Keith's trailer most nights. It was so cold that Brian's contacts froze in the case at night. The boys and I kept warm at home with Grandma. We all had a great time and are ready to go visit Grandma and Grandpa again as soon as it warms up.

Just a Little Scruffy!

Brian and Keith had an agreement not to shave until they got a deer. Needless to say, the both had pretty full beards by the end of the trip.

Payton and Cole sure love Grandpa.

Grandma always has the funnest toys. Cole loved to wear this silly umbrella around the house.

Cole had so much fun with his cousin Luke! Finally someone just his size to play and laugh with!

It wouldn't be a trip to Grandma's House without lots of shopping and spoiling! Cole, Lani and I were those crazy people that went shopping the day after Thanksgiving. I had to wake Cole up at 5:30 a.m. It was 13 degrees outside- Burrr! We were victorious with lots of bargains and had a blast!

The Boys

Rainforest Cafe

Thursday night we met our friends at the Rainforest Cafe inside the MGM Grand. Cole certainly had his opinion of all the different animals. He really enjoyed the gorillas and giant snake, but was terrified of the elephant. Payton thought the magician was the coolest part.

My favorite part of the night was the chocolate volcano! A mountain of ice cream covered in walls of brownies, hot fudge and whip cream-- to top if off a sparkler. YUM!!

Trick or Treat

The kids enjoyed the ward trunk or treat party . . .

Halloween Carnival

Wednesday was Payton's pre-school Halloween Carnival. We all dressed up like Pirates except Dad- he was a lawyer. Payton was Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean. Payton had so much fun playing all the games. He really liked the bowling game (Mom was manning that game). The best prize of the day was a new pet gold fish. Dad & Cole relaxed in the shade eating suckers and sneaking an extra fish for Cole.

Pumpkin Patch

Da Hardy Fam spent Saturday morning at Gilcrease Orchard. The boys got to tromp through the pumpkin patch looking for the perfect pumpkin. Unfortunately, the best they came up with was a few small pumpkins and a huge zucchini.
