Christmas

Christmas Eve has always been one of my favorites! Spending the day with family and all the anticipation of what's to come! We had our friends the Hydar's over for dinner, opened some presents and read the Christmas story. The kiddos had so much fun together!!

My two babies, love 'em!!!

Christmas morning had finally arrived and Carson was ready to open every one's presents!

New Scooter!

Video Games!

Legos, legos and more legos!

Trains, cars and balls!

Christmas was on Sunday so we had a quick breakfast and went to church. I was sooo excited, Brian got to sit with us during sacrament meeting!

Grandma and Grandpa Scott came a few days after Christmas so we got to do it all over again!!!

Holiday Fun

My sister Liz got married in December so we made a trip to Utah. We stayed in Salt Lake one night and went to dinner with Tyler and Whitney. We got to see the lights at Temple Square. It was freezing!!!!

All the cute cousins had fun playing at Grandma's house. Their favorite thing...Grandpa's I-Pad.

Cole and Addison had fun eating Burger King and making Christmas crafts at Liz's reception.

The happy couple!

Family movie night...sleepy babies.

Carson's art work included the floor, walls, bar stools, cupboard doors and of course, himself!

Christmas lights!

Four kids in Christmas outfits in the same picture and looking at the camera... maybe next year!

November

November we kept a low profile. Cole talked me into taking him to story time but other than that, we stuck around the house. Payton is busy with school, friends and scouts. Carson is all boy and loves to play ball, cars, trains, blocks... Taylor is such a happy baby! She's one month old and smiles all the time.

Thanksgiving was such a nice day. We played outside, swam in the hot tub and even cooked our turkey outside in the dutch oven. Yum!!

October

October was a pretty busy month. I'm still out-numbered 4-2, but it is nice to have more pink in the house. Taylor is a cutie. The boys are having lots of fun with their baby sister. Cole told me he's never seen anything so cute. Carson is a bit confused with this new person and is feeling a little lost. He finds trouble all too often.

Carson has to sit in his chair next to Taylor.

We had lots of help from our family. Grandma Hardy came for the first week after Taylor was born. Grandma and Grandpa Scott came the next week. We couldn't have made it without them!

Brian's boss gave us a fun new toy. The kids love going for rides in the wagon behind the electric scooter!

The boys getting some target practice at Bass Pro.

Halloween

This year we had a double dose of Halloween with Trunk or Treat on Saturday night and Trick or Treating in the neighborhood on Monday night. The boys were thrilled. Payton was a Ninja, Cole a Storm Trooper, Carson a Pirate and Taylor a Skeleton. Cole went around the church parking lot at least four times and got a ton of candy. Payton and his friends just wanted to tell scary stories behind the shed so he didn't get very much candy. Cole was so proud to have beaten Payton at something for once. Afterward we went to Olive Garden with the Hydar's. This was our first time eating out with four kids. Let's just say we got a lot of looks.

Monday night, Halloween, our neighborhood was crazy!!!!!!! There were so many people you couldn't even move. It was like Main Street at Disneyland during the fireworks. Taylor was so upset I took her home. I turned off all the lights and went upstairs to watch TV. Brian stayed out with the boys. Some of our neighbors go all out with decorating and haunted houses in their yard. Payton and Cole loved it. Carson just wanted the candy.
